In 2007 Colorado Aggies.Com was established to preserve the history of football at Colorado State University first by preserving the pre-1957 Aggie era and later all of football at CSU. In 2009 the first book written about the 116 year history of CSU football was completed and the website transformed into a preservation of all CSU athletics. Eventually this website will hold information about all sports including information about coaches and athletes. Regular feature articles about different sports and of course football will help keep not only the Aggie athletic tradition alive, but the Rams tradition as well. Colorado Aggies.com is a privately funded website maintained by a 1993 CSU graduate with a degree in history and passion for Colorado State University history. It is not associated with the university, but it does help inform and update CSU athletic history for the school as well. We are constantly trying to grow this site and add more photos and stories to bring CSU sports fans the best historical information possible. Email your comments and suggestions

February is Black History Month- featuring John Mosley Do you think you have heard everything about legendary CSU athlete John Mosley? The 2010 Black History Month feature expands on a 2008 interview with Lt. Col Mosley and describes in more detail than ever published before about his life and athletic career at CSU from 1939 to 1943.
Alex Burl 1931-2009 Colorado Aggies.com remembers the outstanding athletic career of Alex Burl who died at the age of 78 in Denver after a heart attack the week of November 30. Burl is easily one of the greatest athletes in school history, not for football, but track too. He is also the first black athlete from CSU to receive the coveted Nye Award and he was the first black football player from CSU in the NFL. Click Here
After two and one half years, Colorado Aggies.Com has begun its expansion beyond just football version (still under construction) will feature all sports at CSU from the initial approval of an athletic council in March of 1892 to the present day Ram athletics. Follow the sports as we know them today and the way they were. We have even included the discontinued sports that no longer exist at CSU, but have a long and healthy tradition. Check back frequently to see more as we renovate the site.
